2026 Resolutions of the MBA's 167th Annual Meeting
Thankfulness to the Church family of Chisago Lakes Baptist Church
With the understanding that preparing for an event such as the 2026 MBA Annual Meeting entails a great amount of work and takes many hands, we commend Pastor Ben Gunderson and the entire Chisago Lakes Baptist Church family for their labor of love, their hospitality, and their kindness to all who attended this year’s meeting.

Thankfulness for Pastor Lee Peterson’s Ministry in the Word
Having been entrusted with the care of Christ’s church, the messengers of the churches of the Minnesota Baptist Association express our thankfulness to Pastor Lee Peterson for faithfully challenging us from God’s Word to walk with God through the furnace of affliction and reminding us of how the Lord's presence sustains and strengthens us through every trial.

The Minnesota Baptist Association provides a platform for churches who are in agreement with our doctrinal statement to fellowship in partnership, propagation, and publication for the purpose of greater ministry effectiveness for the glory of God in the state of Minnesota.

We partner together for edifying meetings, encouraging fellowships, offering help in pastoral transitions, and other areas of cooperation that will strengthen the churches.
We propagate by planting new congregations, providing help to struggling congregations, and recruiting congregations who are not a part of our association but would agree with our doctrinal statement.
We publicize our positions and activities to the churches for purposes of information, edification, accountability, and promotion.
