The responsibilities of the association's trustees are divided into the following categories:
Propagation Committee
This committee is tasked with the following responsibilities: advising churches, counseling pastors, recruiting additional churches, presentations to new churches, church councils, church planting, and pastor search assistance.
Publication Committee
This committee is tasked with the following responsibilities: develop and maintain the website, church directories, the North Star Update, the association's database, and live-streaming of the association's meetings (when possible).
Partnership Committee
This committee is tasked with the following responsibilities: assisting with pulpit supply, the annual meeting information and communications, the association's legal status, pastors' fellowships, the annual Men's and Women's meetings, educational conferences, and cooperation between churches.
